I enjoyed my stay, but the entrance is on a busy road. Room was clean, breakfast exceeded expectations.

The rooftop area for breakfast provides a great view and pleasant ambiance to start the day. The quirky design elements in the hotel add a unique character that gives it charm without being overly pretentious.

Room #208 felt cramped, with a poorly situated window that led to intrusive noise from the kitchen below. An unpleasant musty smell permeated the room, and the bed was smaller than expected, with sheets that didn’t fit properly. Frequent noise from a water pump disrupts tranquility, and after two nights, the alternative room was sealed shut, sacrificing airflow for a larger bed. Breakfast lacked sufficient quantity, leaving us in search of coffee elsewhere.

I encountered a musty smell in the room, which was incredibly disappointing. The noise from the pump motor was intrusive, disrupting my peace multiple times during the night. Additionally, the shower was cramped, offering little comfort after a long day of sightseeing.

I had a delightful stay at Casa Lorenza Hotel! The location was perfect for exploring, nestled in the beautiful old city with easy access to local attractions. The charming courtyard where breakfast was served added a lovely ambiance to my mornings.

Absolutely great stay! The room was even nicer than it looked online, and we loved unwinding in the garden area with comfy lounge chairs and peaceful nooks. The only downside was that the bathroom was a tad on the small side, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment at all. 😊

I had a great time in the Deluxe Queen Room! The bed was super comfy, and the walk-in shower felt really nice. The AC worked perfectly, keeping things cool despite the Cartagena heat. I was on the ground floor, but it was surprisingly quiet and private. The little courtyard for breakfast was a charming touch, too. Overall, I felt very relaxed there.

Perfect for Solo Travelers

The room was super comfortable with a big bed and a nice walk-in shower the courtyard for breakfast was a good start to each day. Staff went above and beyond they treated me like family even with my limited Spanish.

It wasn't exactly bargain basement pricing but fair enough for what you get.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my time as a solo traveler in a comfortable Deluxe Queen Room. However, the noise from outside in the evenings disturbed my sleep. Make sure to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to my experience.
